Cancellations will only be accepted when notification is sent to Classy Cuts within 2 hours of the orders being made. Classy Cuts will notify you by email if the cancellation has gone through and of the refund to your paypal account.

• A Gift certificate does not have to be used by the recipient, please advise us on changes.
• Not redeemable for cash or products
• Cash will not be given for any unused balance.
• Not used in conjunction with any other offer

• Please allow 24hrs notice to alleviate a cancellation fee of 50% of your voucher.
• No show appointments unfortunately forfeit their voucher
• Lost or stolen vouchers will not be reissued.
• Vouchers Valid for 6 months from date of purchase – Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date
